It is with enormous pride that I welcome you to the City of Klamath Falls Police Department official web site.

The City of Klamath Falls is located in the high desert of south central Oregon about 20 miles north of the California border. Our department serves a population of 20,000 within the city limits which is part of the Urban Growth Boundary which totals 45,000 in population. The department is comprised of 40 sworn officers, 4 clerical and support personnel, an evidence technician, 25 reserve officers and 15 police explorers. The City encompasses 20 square miles and is home to Oregon Institute of Technology.

The Klamath Falls Police Department operates with a philosophy of community policing coupled with heightened customer service. We strive to meet the needs of residents and visitors alike and take pride in our professionalism. It is our desire that we do more than our part to make the City of Klamath Falls and surrounding suburban area a great place to live, raise children, work, and recreate.
